How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• Reason for return

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
